iHeart Health Nutrition Program is tailored specifically to individual needs (including religious needs and preferences) and is based on scientifically proven theories about nutrition, health and wellness.

Two packages are available for individuals with different needs.
Packages includes written guidance on: what to eat, shopping lists, portion sizes, recipes, meal plans and communication, all via email coaching etc.
Both packages include an initial session and follow up sessions.

What is an Initial Session?

During our first session, I’ll do a full assessment to really get to understand you. We’ll discuss your diet history and explore your relationship with food and other health habits. We will talk about your nutrition/fitness goals and develop a plan to help you reach them.

What is a Follow Up Session?

During our follow-up sessions, we will reflect on your progress, deal with challenges as they arise and continue to fine tune your nutrition plan to your lifestyle. I’ll be there for ongoing support and accountability, answering your questions and helping you work toward your goals.
